The Ulsh property on Pioneer Way in Gig Harbor was demolished last week. The family purchased the house in 1927 and Wes Ulsh, the original owner's son, lives in the house west of the recently razed property. The family plans to sell the property. Photos by Lee Giles III/The Peninsula Gateway
